Dave has been operating as NQ Saltwater Flies since 2016, born out of discussions around flies for North Queensland that are tied in North Queensland. With local flats, estuaries, billabongs and freestone creeks and rivers at his doorstep, he is often spoilt for choice. But more importantly there is always an opportunity somewhere to hit the water and tweak his flies and techniques for his favorite species.
