Not Your Average Popper (NYAP) was designed by Alphonse Island guide, James Christmas. These NYAPs (aka GT candy) are tied up on some serious steel. 8/0 SL12S were the hook of choice for these, a bit of a thinner gauge to slip through the lip. Throw them over the skinny stuff or off deep edges the bloop these things throw out will grab and hold the attention of the gangsters of the flats.
